Dear ASE Intern,

We had originally planned on sending your thank you letter lists today, but need an extra day to compile them. The list of mentors, co-mentors and benefactors to whom you will be writing thank you letters will be emailed to you this coming Monday, August 3. As a result, we are pushing back the thank you letter deadline to Monday, August 10.

We strongly encourage you to go ahead and start drafting your thank you letters this weekend, if you have not yet done so. You can adjust the letters for individual people once your receive the thank you list on Monday. Please type your letters on the ASE letterhead and closely follow the thank you letter instructions, emailed to you today. Let us know if you have any problems downloading or using these materials.

Note that the Symposium registration deadline is still Friday, August 7! If you have not already done so, please register online in the next week. You may also order ASE t-shirts until the same date.

If you have co-mentors whom you wish to recognize, but you missed the deadline to enter in the online co-mentor form, please enter them right away. The online co-mentor form will be re-opened over the weekend, but will be closed again on Monday.
